Group Facilitator
Sileta Bell, MMFT
Hi, I’m Sileta. I created this group because I know how isolating divorce can feel—I went through my own in my mid-twenties and longed for a space where I could be honest and understood. Now, as a Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Domestic Mediator who work with divorcing parties each week, I combine professional training with lived experience to guide women through this transition.
My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, heard, and ready for what’s next.

Common Goals of Attendees in Divorce Therapy Groups
If you’re here, you may be craving support, understanding, and guidance as you navigate the complexities of divorce or breakup recovery. This group is designed to help you process the past, cope with the present, and envision a hopeful future. Together, we aim to foster resilience, connection, and personal growth that lasts beyond the 8 weeks.

Process Experience/
Build Emotional Resilience
Together, we’ll create space to name, explore, and validate the emotions that come with divorce or breakup—whether grief, anger, relief, or a mix of them all. In this shared journey, you’ll see that your feelings are valid, your experiences are shared, and your voice matters. By normalizing and honoring these emotions, you begin building the emotional resilience needed to heal and move forward.

Rebuild
Sense of Identity
Divorce or breakup can leave you questioning who you are and where you belong. In this group, you’ll reconnect with your strengths, rediscover what lights you up, and begin shaping a confident, authentic identity beyond the relationship—one that reflects who you are now and who you’re becoming.
