Meet Sileta Bell

, LMFT Associate

Hello! I’m Sileta Bell, founder of Bell Family Therapy and a practicing Couple’s Therapist and Domestic Mediator. Texas is a place near and dear to me, and through Bell Family Therapy I proudly serve clients virtually across Dallas and the entire state.

I currently practice between Dallas and Atlanta, where I also manage a Domestic Mediation practice, helping families bring peace and resolution to high-conflict disputes. I specialize in working with couples and families navigating challenges related to post-divorce conflict, marital conflict, and coparenting matters.

Many clients come to me seeking clarity—whether rebuilding trust, reigniting connection, or moving forward after separation. My energetic, solutions-focused approach helps clients address their challenges more intentionally and effectively. While my approach looks to the solution, I often pull from my advanced training in Emotional Focused Therapy, and other research-based models.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, my research focuses on marital conflict and divorce - what makes marriages work? What causes them to fall apart? This drive for resolving marital conflict combined with my experience as a Domestic Mediator, allows me to to serve my clients in an unconventional and powerful way as a couples therapist.

Oh - I should mention as well that I am the Host of The Marriage Daily Podcast. A daily space for honest reflections on love, conflict, heartbreak, and healing.

If you’re looking for clarity, healing, and connection in your relationship, I’m here to help. I currently practice therapy virtually across Texas under the supervision of Dr. Meghan Williams.

My  Unique Approach

My approach is uniquely shaped by my dual training in therapy and mediation. As a Registered Domestic Mediator with the Georgia Supreme Court and a Couples Mediation trainer, I bring a conflict-resolution lens to every session. I design high-conflict resolution programs that help partners communicate more clearly, de-escalate patterns, and create pathways toward healthier relational outcomes.

I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and research-backed mediation techniques to support couples, families, and co-parents navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. This includes helping partners through infidelity, rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and guiding separated or divorced parents through co-parenting therapy.

Grounded in evidence-based practice and conflict theory, I meet couples exactly where they are—whether they’re working to stay together, redefine their relationship, or move through separation with clarity and respect. My approach is compassionate, structured, and designed to restore safety, rebuild connection, and support long-term relational well-being.
